Self-Governing

Midshipmen develop leadership serving as the regiment‚ battalion‚ company and platoon commanders and staff. In other words‚ they could have a precious opportunity to become more competent leaders while actually commanding other midshipmen. All the rules and daily schedules are set and executed by the midshipmen regiment. Such experience prepare them to become confident naval officers who can lead crews on their assigned ships.
